Customer Service & Credit Assistant
Ressler Propane is seeking a Customer Service & Credit Assistant for a part-time position of 20-25 hours a week. Responsibilities include processing payments and budget billing accounts, reviewing and evaluating customer credit, administering collections as well as improving the collections process, answering office phones, and providing exceptional service to customers. The ideal Customer Service & Credit Assistant candidate will be a detail-oriented and organized individual who enjoys working within an office team to achieve daily results and develop creative solutions.

Customer Service & Credit Assistant Position Qualifications:
- 2+ years of successful experience with customer service and general administrative responsibilities in an office environment
- Demonstrated proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred
